Elite Performance Training
The Elite Performance Training Program is a 6-week core strength and conditioning program geared towards individuals with more advanced fitness levels or athletes who would like to focus on optimal physical fitness in the area of cardio/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.
Committed to providing a supportive and challenging environment in which members develop and maintain world-class fitness for life, this course involves sport specific interval maneuvers and circuits with enhanced navy-seal-like training drills, mixed with CrossFit influences.
The workouts include elements of Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, and track and field done in combinations with workouts modeled on full-body functional movements—like lifting, pulling, twisting, running, crawling and pushing. The other trademark of the sessions is constantly varied, if not randomized, functional movements executed at high intensity.
Our goal is to assist you in pushing your body to combine force and distance over time to equal ----- POWER! This course will challenge your capabilities to reach maximum results. Come join us

Protein Blueberry Pancakes
During competition training and in the off season, I enjoy making flavorful protein filled pancakes as a meal or delicious snack.
Here's what you will need:
Trader Joe's Multi grain Baking & Pancake Mix
ISAGENIX IsaPro Whey Protein (unflavored)
Fresh Blueberries
Unsweetened Soy Milk
Eggs and Oil
For 12-14 Protein Blueberry Pancakes:
2 Cups Multi-Grain Baking & Pancake Mix
1-1.5 Scoops of Isagenix Whey Protein Powder
(unflavored)
1 Cup Unsweetened Soy Milk
2 Eggs
2 Tablespoons of Oil (I prefer olive oil)
1 Cup Fresh Blueberries
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Pour about 1/4 cup pancake mix onto preheated and lightly greased griddle.
Cook 1 - 1.5 minutes on each side until golden brown. ENJOY!!
