Extreme Results Fitness Studio presents Martial Arts Madness
It has been quite some time that I have updated or written anything on my blog! Just goes to show you that we allow our busy lives to overtake us and don’t always make time for the small things in life. I have so much to share…so many great things have happened over the past 4-6 months. I opened my own Fitness Studio, became VEGAN, won 1st place for Ms. Bikini Orange County in May 2010, joined a great ECO-tainer group called the Vegan Vixens, my fitness Boot Camps are growing and many opportunities are opening for me. I have been extremely blessed with so much and not a day goes by that I don’t thank God for providing wonderful people in my path and opening many doors for personal growth as well. I have a great team at my Extreme Results Fitness Studio and would love for all of you to come and try a class! Please help us grow and reach more people through education and care that health and fitness is a main priority and we are all worth it!

What an experience this year has been. My business has been growing by leaps and bounds, I placed 1st for Ms. Bikini America Southern California in August of this year and just returned from a National competition with a TOP 5 ranking for Ms. Bikini America for the 2nd year in a row.
