I had another awesome opportunity to train and prepare another client for her 1st Bikini Competition… BUT not just any client, she just turned 50 Years Young and decided…what the hell….let’s do this! At the age of 50 she took on the challenge, commitment and discipline to train hard and furiously for her 1st bikini competition…..and WOW.. she did an amazing job! She placed 4th in her 1st competition but not only that, she was competing against younger girls since there was no one else in her age division. WHAT AN ACCOMPLISHMENT!!!

I feel very fortunate to be a HUGE part of her journey and any person’s journey when they decide to take their fitness to a whole different level! I tell every client, this is not just a physical transformation but it transforms your life, your mind, your heart and your soul! You push yourself through tough situations that you didn’t think you could.. you start believing in yourself more than ever before and the inner strength becomes a warrior cry because there’s no turning back, only looking forward and hiking the trail!

I myself was inspired by Kelley’s discipline and commitment, even though I have been competing for 7 years, have my titles and trophies, she struck a cord within me. Her desire to do this for herself at age 50 was so fantastic to me… It’s a testimony once again that age is JUST A NUMBER!
